We’ve already reached out to you by email with an apology and a few options to resolve this for you, as your satisfaction really matters to us. We’d also like to gently clarify for anyone reading this review that each of our designs is created individually and intentionally. Some graphics are designed in red tones, others in orange hues, and some are purposely created with a vintage, slightly worn-in look, as vintage-style T-shirts are at the heart of what we do.
That said, we completely understand how disappointing it can be when something doesn’t look quite as expected. Mistakes can happen from time to time, and when they do, especially if they’re on our side. we are always happy to take responsibility and make things right.
