Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your order.
Each of our t-shirts is made to order, so we strongly recommend checking the size chart on the product page before placing your order. This helps ensure the best possible fit and avoids delays or additional costs.
If you need to change your size or update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make changes before production begins. After this window, adjustments may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
If an incorrect size is selected, we’re unable to cover return shipping costs. In some cases, we may be able to offer an exchange or alternative solution, which may involve a small handling fee. Each request is reviewed individually and handled as fairly as possible.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly produced, we’ll always make it right.
Please contact support@chordwear.com with your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before production begins, by contacting us at support@chordwear.com.
After this window, cancellations may be subjected to additional fees, as items are made to order. In some cases, a handling or production fee may apply if production has already started.
Refunds
Refunds are issued where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly produced.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Unless faulty or incorrect, we’re generally unable to accept returns for:
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
