We work with trusted production and fulfilment partners worldwide to ensure your order is produced and shipped as efficiently as possible.
Processing Times
Most orders are printed to order and production starts after 12 hours of placing your order and is typically fully processed within 48 hours before dispatch.
Delivery Times
Once dispatched, shipping typically takes 2–7 business days.
In some regions, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
During peak periods (especially December), delivery times in some regions can extend up to 12 business days.
International Shipping
We ship internationally.
To ensure faster delivery and reduce environmental impact, orders are produced and shipped from a location closest to you whenever possible. Shipping times and availability may vary by region.
Address Accuracy (Important)
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, including apartment numbers, unit details, and zip/post codes.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at support@chordwear.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once production or shipping has begun, we may be unable to make changes.
If an address is flagged as incomplete or invalid by our system or shipping partners, your order may be placed on hold until the issue is resolved.
Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds for orders that are successfully delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
To ensure smooth delivery and communication, it is essential that you provide a valid email address when placing your order.
We use your email address to:
- Send order confirmations and updates
- Notify you of any delays
- Inform you if your parcel is redirected to a pick-up point
- Contact you if there are any issues with your delivery
If an email address is not provided at the time of purchase, we may not be able to contact you with important delivery information. This can result in missed delivery updates or parcels being held at pick-up locations without your knowledge.
We strongly recommend including both a valid email address and phone number to help ensure a smooth and successful delivery experience.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email with updates on its delivery progress.

Delays or Delivery Issues
