Returns, Exchanges & EU Right of Withdrawal

We want you to be completely happy with your order.

Each of our t-shirts is produced after your order is placed, so we strongly recommend checking the size chart on the product page before purchasing. This helps ensure the best possible fit and avoids delays or additional costs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your size, update your shipping address, or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@chordwear.com. We’ll do our best to make changes before production begins.

After this window, changes or cancellations may not be possible, or may involve additional costs, because production may already have started.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you can use our electronic withdrawal form, available from the “Right of Withdrawal” link under the Legal section of the footer of our website. You will be asked to provide your name, email address, and order reference so we can identify your order. After reviewing your request, you can submit it by selecting “Confirm withdrawal request”.

After submitting the form, you will receive an acknowledgement by email showing the details of your withdrawal request and the date and time it was submitted.

You may also contact us at support@chordwear.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your order.

Return Postage for EU Withdrawal Returns

If you exercise your EU right of withdrawal for a non-faulty item, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us, unless we have agreed otherwise.

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly produced, we will be responsible for the reasonable cost of return postage.

Refunds for EU Withdrawal Returns

If you validly withdraw from the whole order, we will refund the price paid for the goods and the standard delivery charge originally paid. We do not refund any additional cost for premium, express, or non-standard delivery chosen by you above our standard delivery option.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Withdrawal

Unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly produced, we may be unable to accept returns or withdrawals for:

  • Goods made to your specifications
  • Clearly personalised items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly produced, we’ll always make it right.
