🧵 Made-to-Order
All our T-shirts are created individually when you order. We don’t hold stock, which means we can’t offer traditional exchanges unless the item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake with your order.
🕒 Amendments – 12-Hour Window
Once you place your order, you have 12 hours to request any changes — whether it’s size, colour, design, or address.
After this point, your order is sent to our fulfilment centre and can no longer be changed.
📦 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your purchase — particularly:
- Correct postcode
- Flat or apartment number if you live in a block of flats
- Building or unit name (if applicable)
We cannot offer refunds for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Please also make sure you provide a valid email address. While phone numbers are helpful for couriers, email is our main way to contact you if something changes with your order.
🛠️ Fulfilment & Delivery Timeline
- Orders are sent to our fulfilment centre 24 hours after being placed
- Fulfilment then takes up to 24 hours to prepare your T-shirt for shipping
- From dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days (please note: weekends are not included)
- During summer holidays, some delays may occur. Our fulfilment partners are doing their best, and we appreciate your patience.
📏 Choosing the Right Size
To avoid disappointment, please check our size chart before ordering.
If you notice an error soon after placing your order, reach out within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to amend it before it enters production.
🔁 Returns
If you’ve had a change of mind and would like to return your T-shirt:
- You have 14 days from delivery to return unwanted items
- Please contact us first before posting, so we can confirm the return process and help everything go smoothly
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition
- Return postage is at your own cost
Please include your order number inside the parcel so we can match it quickly.
💳 Refunds & Reorders
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We’ll issue a full refund,
or - You may place a new order in the correct size or design.
