When will my order be delivered?

Shipping typically takes 2–7 business days after your order is dispatched. Some regions may take up to 10 business days.

During peak periods (especially December), delivery times can extend to 12 business days.

Please make sure to enter a valid email address at checkout so you can receive tracking updates once your order ships.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email with updates on its delivery progress.

Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout, as all tracking notifications and order updates are sent via email.

If you didn’t provide an email address when placing your order, please contact us at support@chordwear.com and we’ll be happy to update your details so you can receive tracking updates.

Your email will only be used for order-related communication unless you choose to opt in to marketing emails.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Most of our items are made to order, so we offer a 12-hour window after purchase to make changes or request a cancellation.

After this time, orders may already be in production and changes or cancellations may not be possible. If a change is still possible at this stage, it may be subject to a fee to cover production costs.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship internationally.

To ensure faster delivery and reduce environmental impact, we work with trusted production and fulfilment partners worldwide. This allows your item to be produced and shipped from a location closest to you whenever possible.

Shipping times and availability may vary by region, but you’ll receive tracking updates once your order is on its way.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Because our t-shirts are made to order, we don’t operate a traditional try-on return policy.

If there’s an issue with your order — such as a printing error, defect, or incorrect item — we’ll always make it right.

We strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before ordering, as each item is made to order and this helps ensure the best possible fit. For this reason, we’re unable to cover the cost of exchanges where an incorrect size was selected.

In some cases, we may be able to offer an exchange or refund, which may be subject to a handling fee. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

I forgot to apply my discount code — what can I do?

If you forgot to apply a discount code at checkout, please contact us at support@chordwear.com within 48 hours of placing your order.

If your order qualified for the discount, we’ll be happy to apply it where possible. Discount codes can’t be applied after this 48-hour window.

I need help with sizing — how do I choose the right fit?

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before placing your order.

Our t-shirts are made to order, so confirming your size before purchasing helps ensure you receive the best possible fit and avoids delays or additional costs.

If you’re between sizes or unsure, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Our t-shirts are printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, a high-quality method that allows designs to be printed directly into the fabric.

This technique ensures a long-lasting print that wears and washes well over time, while maintaining strong colour and detail. Each item is printed to order with care to ensure consistent quality across every piece.

How should I care for my t-shirt?

To keep your t-shirt looking its best, we recommend following these care guidelines:

  • Wash and dry your t-shirt inside out
  • Use low temperatures and gentle detergents
  • Avoid excessive spinning, as this can cause unnecessary wear
  • Air dry whenever possible; if tumble drying, avoid heavy items such as coats or blankets
  • If ironing is needed, turn the garment inside out and use a low heat setting

Following these steps will help preserve the fabric and ensure the print lasts over time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment cards and methods at checkout.

We also offer buy now, pay later options through PayPal and Klarna, allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase.

At this time, we do not accept cryptocurrency payments.
