Each product is made to order, which means we begin production shortly after your purchase is confirmed. Because of this, we offer a 12-hour grace period after an order is placed to make any changes to size, color, or other details. After this window, your order will begin processing and we’ll no longer be able to make adjustments.
To help minimize the need for changes after checkout, we encourage you to carefully review each product’s description, including sizing information, material details, and care instructions.
Requests for changes made outside of the grace period may be subject to additional charges, as sending replacements at our own expense is no longer a sustainable practice.

Returns

If your item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, it is eligible for a full refund.
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued after this period.
